iPhone 6?

Apple's next iPhone, the iPhone 6, is predicted to be launched this summer, with many new improvements.
Leaked Picture of iPhone 6 Body Next To An iPhone 5
As you can see from the above leaked picture, the next iPhone is expected to launch with increased screen size (from 4-inch in the current iPhone 5s to 4.7-inch). Among various other improvements, we can expect a new sapphire-based screen instead of the Gorilla Glass used currently to increase durability. The iPhone 5s included the A7 processor with the M7 coprocessor so an updated A8/M8 processing unit is expected as well.

In addition to this new 4.7-inch iPhone, Apple may introduce a larger 5.5-inch phone later in the year. These constant changes to the iPhone line are being introduced to compete with the larger, faster, and stronger competitors to the iPhone, like the new Samsung Galaxy S 5 that has a 5.1-inch display.

The previous iterations to the iPhone line have retained the same overall rectangular shape. With the new iPhone leaks have shown that this design remains mostly the same but could include tweaks to add curves and make the phone more thin and lightweight.

Amazon's iPhone Competitor to Include 3D Display

It has long been rumored that Amazon is building a smartphone to compete with Apple's iPhone, Microsoft's Windows Phone, and Google's Android OS. This device, codenamed "Duke",  has been in production for quite some time now and it is now rumored to include stereoscopic 3D capabilities, similar to the Nintendo 3DS gaming device. The Wall Street Journal reports that Amazon is expecting to launch this phone by this summer, September 2014.

Google Glass

Google's newest project, Google Glass, is available for purchase to the public from today on for a limited period of time. Glass was previously only available to developers, but now anyone can buy this 'wearable' computer. Consisting of a glasses-like design with an onboard computer and screen, Glass is in a class of its own, treading new ground in the current fad of wearable devices like the heavily rumored Apple 'iWatch.' Glass will sell for $1500.
